This senior role is responsible for providing legal support and managing litigation for the National Department and Provincial Education Departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Law/Legal Degree (NQF Level 7).
- Admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a middle or senior management level.
- Experience in Education Law is a pre-requisite.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Directorate: Legal Services.
- Providing legal advice and litigation support to the DBE and Provincial departments.
- Managing court cases on behalf of the Minister and Director-General.
- Drafting advice on national and international agreements.
