Requirements:

• NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Management.
• Five (5) years’ experience, including 2 years at Assistant Director level and 3 years in public employment services.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection, departmental policies, and general administrative procedures.
• Valid driver’s license.

Duties:

• Coordinate the development and implementation of regulations for Private Employment Agencies (PEA) and Temporary Employment Services (TES).
• Manage the registration and certification business processes.
• Provide support to provincial offices and Labour Centres regarding these regulations.
• Oversee the monitoring of compliance by PEAs and TES providers.
