Requirements:

• Qualification at NQF level 7 in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification.
• 3-5 years of management experience in an HR Management environment.

Duties:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations.
• Govern recruitment processes and manage stakeholders and service providers.
• Ensure timely appointment of competent employees in line with legislation and EE targets.
