Requirements
- An NQF Level 6 undergraduate qualification in Public Management, Business Administration, Law, or Social Sciences.
- 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in a customer service environment.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
- Knowledge of the Immigration Act and Civic Services regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Civic Services operations and revenue collection at the Local Office.
- Oversee the processing of enabling documents (ID, Passports, Certificates).
- Ensure effective risk and compliance management.
