Requirements:

• Undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Management, or equivalent (NQF level 7).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a middle or senior management level.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel intensively.
• Completion of the Nyukela SMS Pre-Entry Programme.

Duties:

• Oversee the implementation of the Integrated Local Government Capacity Building Strategy.
• Support municipalities through the Professionalization Framework of the Public Sector.
• Coordinate the development of curricula for local government.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capacity-building programs.
