Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate and an undergraduate qualification in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or equivalent (NQF level 7).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a middle or senior management level in the relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software packages.
• Completion of the Nyukela SMS Pre-Entry Programme before appointment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel intensively.

Duties:

• Coordinate the implementation of Community Work Programme (CWP) processes, policies, and frameworks.
• Ensure implementation of CWP training programs and reporting for contract management compliance.
• Monitor CWP site inception and management.
• Facilitate partnerships and special projects in the assigned province.
